The year is 2017 and my goodness some events have occurred over the past few years, from the proverbial piss off to the establishment that was seen during the events of the 2016 European Union 'Brexit' referendum, to the somewhat questionable choices and results that came from the 2017 Snap general election in the UK and the final round of the French presidential election of the same year. It has certainly been interesting to witness such political events as many describe the aspects of the past few years as once in more than a few generations. I feel lucky to have seen this.
